The HOPE TOOL is a program that took nine months and one hundred thousand dollars to build. It has all the government guidelines and most of the lender guidelines and your Local Chapter (Educate Homeowner) can help determine if you are qualified for a loan modification.
The whole thing takes 15 to 20 minutes and you will walk away with an idea of what the lender can do.
